Middleton Law Ltd - Employment Law specialists

Welcome to Middleton Law Ltd

A statement from Middleton Law Ltd on Coronavirus Covid-19We are open for business as usual, continuing to provide specialist employment law advice to clients by phone and email.  The safety of our clients and their families is a top priority, which is why we are closely following Government guidelines in relation to the Coronavirus pandemic. We are therefore focussing on providing advice without a face to face meeting, using technology to make sure that we can all try to keep well and stay safe.”

Middleton Law Ltd is a law firm of specialist employment solicitors, who pride themselves on being approachable and friendly with no stuffy attitudes, empowering you to make the necessary decisions in your case with the knowledge and understanding you need. If you give us a call you will be able to talk to one of our solicitors without going through anyone else first.

This firm is led by Kate Middleton, who qualified in October 2008 and can provide you with straight forward and knowledgeable advice. We are pleased to have Deborah Poole working for us; also a specialist employment solicitor who qualified in August 2009 and who provides our type of advice to untangle employment law for you.

Based in South Hampshire, Kate or Deborah will come out to see you in your company premises or in a meeting place that is convenient to you, or meet you on Skype.

The cost of our work is £200 per hour for either Kate’s or Deborah’s advice, which is a highly competitive rate. We charge for the amount of time your work takes to do – no hidden fees and very straightforward. If there are any extra costs such as fees for a barrister to represent you, we will do our best to make sure that we find you a barrister with the right level of experience as appropriate for your case and we’ll obtain quotes for you before we ask them to represent you in Tribunal.

If you own a business but don’t need a full-time Human Resources Department, Deborah or Kate can fill that gap as well by providing a service called MLL Direct which you pay for on a monthly basis in return for specialist assistance just when you need it by phone or email.
